St. Symphorosa School offers Before School and After School care to all families with students enrolled at St. Symphorosa School.
The Before School care opens at 6:45 am every morning when school is in session and
the After School care opens at dismissal until 6:00 pm every day when school is in session. On certain 1/2 days, After School care will be available, check with the school for more detailed information.
The Before and After School care classroom is located in the "I-Building", Room I-101 at 6148 S. Mason. The direct phone number is 773-767-0413 (remember no one will answer the phone between 7:45 am thru 3:00 pm).
The Before School and After School care program is a welcome feature for our parents that may work out of the home and they can be assured that their St. Symphorosa student is in a safe environment.
There is a "family" registration form and a one-time "family" registration fee (usually paid on School Prep Day in August).
We require that a student/family be registered so our Before School and After School staff has the proper information for safety reasons. For more information on billing for our Before School or After School care, please refer to the information printed on the registration form.
If you need to enroll your student(s) now, please click on the link below to print the registration form locally at your convenience. You should then submit the completed form along with the registration fee to the school office.
